The investigation into a report over an alleged rape threat received by May Day rally participant Maisara Amira has been taken over by a team from the Kuala Lumpur police headquarters, says Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar. Maisara, 21, lodged the police report at the Petaling Jaya police headquarters on Friday but police wanted her to record her statement at the Dang Wangi police headquarters, where the alleged threat took place. She said the threat was made by a plain-clothes policeman during questioning between 11.30am and 1.30pm on May 5, hours before she was released. http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/malaysia/article/kl-cops-to-investigate-youths-rape-allegation
