As we now nowadays, there are peoples who are using religion as the motives of war and violence, and even used faith as political agenda. We should also be aware that the same applies in a person's outfits and appearence. It does not mean that the call of a faith or religion is wrong, the wrong thing is when it used in the wrong way and for the wrong purpose.

From the link above, it seems that the matter has been arised and has been made as if it was a big issue. But how about most recent issues which involves those who wear tudung such as the following:

Some issue of wearing tudung were arised in country in the field of job and career. It's quite fair to assume it is a kind of discrimination if a person is not allowed or accepted because of outfits or faith. But I realized that sometimes it is not always about the outfits, we must also see the bigger picture and make sure we know what exactly happened before we make a conclusions. Probably the person who are accusing a company which did not accept her job application was not qualified for the job at all or there is other problem which we haven't know.
One more thing we should know is, in the Arabic or Middle East world, such as Pakistan it has been a historical culture to wear tudung for a women and their outfits are almost the same. I believe it's not easy to identifies whether a person is Muslim or a Christian there by looking at their outfits. But nowadays some people has misused the original purpose of wearing those outfits and often overreacted.
As the malay idiom says, "Rambut sama hitam, hati lain-lain", which mean, "Different strokes for different folks".
Hoping the best for our country. Peace and harmony in the middle of a beautiful diversity.
