A few days ago the rumors about Pig DNA in certain Cadbury's Chocolates has went viral in and outside our country, and not to be missed other similar issues which have happened consequently, which are under the hands of Islamic Authorities, such as the conflict between the Civil Law and Sharia Law regarding the case of children's custody between a hindu mother and a muslim converted father, Jakim raid a hindu wedding ceremony due to suspected muslim bride, and body of muslim convert taken away during chinese funeral ceremony by Jaipp.
And today Berita Harian has also posted another news about a Mosque Trademarked Bihun noodles which is not Halal Certified. After all this rumors, it bring us to a stage of confuse, Whether the Islamic Authorities is really doing their job for the sake of their religion and the good of all mankind or other hidden agenda. Anyhow, this kind of unresolved rumors must be stopped. Hopefully the government will not keep on mum and will act based on the federal constitution, the supreme law of our country.
Religious authorities stripping basic liberties (11 June 2014)

COMMENT The excuses have to stop. The glaring fact is that, with a hat trick of distasteful “raids” in three separate states within the space of two weeks, our religious authorities seem to be good at only one thing these days - rejecting the human being’s fundamental liberties in this civilised nation.
I’m not even going into the discourse about secularism, the position of Islam, or on the rights of certain communities. Because, for these authorities - weddings or deaths do not matter - they assume the absolute right to walk into any temple or place to conduct raids in order to exercise their power.
It has long been said that in Malaysia, the authorities perceive anybody who is anti-establishment to be in the wrong. But now, it is just plain wrong to be, well, yourself. You can mind your own business, but can still run foul of these men who hunt down people who supposedly make mistakes...

Kilang didakwa kotor menjijikkan
