Many would easily make their own quick conclusing by looking the headline and the picture of this news but seldom people that reads the articles. the first line of the article says "THIS is what happened to a Palestinians child who joined teenagers throwing stones at Israeli border police".

So did the Israeli Border Police did on purpose ?
